Installation and Using

1. Check valves installed vertically on the horizontal pipe and keep valves full open state.

2. Finish the below work before installation.

A. Take end caps off the valve sides. Clean cavity and remove oil.

B. Remove oil after tearing oil paper off the disc.

3. Control medium flow direction when installing.

4. Medium passing the pipe without hard particles avoiding sealing face damage.

5. Inspect the valves one by one and ensure all passing the test before valves leaving factory. The company in charge of installing could make pressure test or use directly.

Maintenance

1. Stored in dry and ventilated indoor environment, ensure valves dampproof, rainproof and rustproof.

2. Keep valves on-off closed under transportation and storage condition, at the same time, finish the following works well.

1) Disc should be fixed on the open position.

2) Plug the holes of cavity with end caps tightly avoiding dust and rust to keep internal clean and end smooth.

3) Sealing parts should be packaged simply for shockproof and anti-collision.

3. Regular inspection is necessary for a long term placement. Brushing anti-rust oil on the cavity surface, sealing face and welding end every three months avoids getting dirty and rust.

4. Advanced structure and attractive appearance.

5. Long life and reliable.
